Even if you didnt purchase the product from us we can handle your warranty work. Once you have created an account we are as close as a phone call away should you need us. Creating an account will also give access to our Online Customer Portal where you can create service tickets, request quotes, view invoices of past purchases, read through out FAQs and more.
Returns and Refunds: All returns must obtain an RMA# prior to shipping the product(s) back. Please call us or request an RMA through your customer portal to get things moving. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping. Unopened Items can be sent back for 15 days for a full refund. Items being returned over 15 days will be refunded store credit.
Exchanges: All exchanges must obtain an RMA# prior to shipping the product(s) back. Exchanges can be made for 15 days after purchase. Please call us or request an RMA through your customer portal to get things moving. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping.
